Master's Level Counselors, MSWs and Ph.D. level professionals in the behavioral health fields may now apply for the the Board Certified Coach (BCC) Credential from the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE).
We have researched this new credential, the Board Certified Coach, and recommend that you investigate this BCC credential because the granting organization, CCE, takes into account your advanced, graduate level education you already have so only requires relatively minimal additional coach specific training. Completed after the virtual intensive training so you will have a total of 62 hours of coach specific training (additional tuition). This meets your education requirements so are you eligible to apply for the Board Certified Coach Credential through the Center for Credentialing and Education.
